Instant Pot Tikka Masala

Ingredients

garlic ghee

jar of tomato sauce

can coconut milk

chicken bone broth

garam masala

cumin

tsp
coriander

tapioca flour

tsp
chili powder
1/2
tsp
turmeric
1/2
tsp
paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
Set instant pot to sauté function and warm ghee
Add onions, salt + pepper, and sauté for a few minutes
Coat chicken with tapioca flour and add to pot, brown a couple minutes
Add all the seasonings, mix, cook a couple minutes
Turn off sauté function, add tomato sauce, coconut milk, bone broth, mix
Cover instant pot, set to manual high pressure for 5 minutes, once done let pressure release naturally (10-15 minutes
