Double Chocolate Maple Caramel Cookies

Ingredients

flax egg
flax egg=1 tbsp flaxseed meal + 3 Tbsp water

maple caramel almond butter
sub any nut/seed butter
1/4
cup
maple syrup
sub any sweetener of choice

tbsp
coconut oil
1
tsp
baking soda

Tbsp
coconut flour
Pinch
of salt
1/4

Philosophie cacao magic
sub regular cacao
1/3
cup
chocolate chips of choice plus extra for topping
Instructions
Prepare flax egg by mixing 1 tbsp flaxseed meal and 3 tbsp water and let sit for 5-10 minutes
Mix all ingredients except chocolate chips
Fold in chocolate chips
With a Tbsp ice cream scoop, scoop out batter, add to a lined baking sheet
Top with more chocolate chips
Bake 350 for 8-10 minutes
Let cool on baking sheet once done for 5 minutes
Store in airtight container in refrigerator or freezer
