Paleo Granola
Makes about 2 cups
Ingredients

pumpkin seeds

coconut shreds
1
cup
pecans
1 1/2

almond slivers
1/3
cup
manuka honey
sub maple syrup

Tbsp
coconut oil

tsp
cinnamon
1
tsp
vanilla extract

cup
hemp seeds
1/2
cup
flaxseed meal
1/2
cup
Sugar-free dried cranberries
Instructions
Add pumpkin seeds, coconut shreds, pecans, almonds,hemp seeds, flaxseed meal to a lined baking sheet and mix
Melt the coconut oil and Manuka honey
Add vanilla extract and cinnamon to melted coconut oil and honey, and mix
Pour over everything and mix
Bake 275 for 30-35 minutes mixing half way through
