Peppermint Brownie Truffles

Ingredients
Truffles

medjool dates

Philosophie Cacao Magic
Substitue cacao

coconut flour
1/2-1
tsp
peppermint extract
Topping:
1/2
cup
chocolate chips

Tbsp
coconut oil
Optional topping: 1 candy cane crushed
Instructions
Truffles instructions
Add all ingredients to food processor and process for about 30 seconds. You want dough to be sticky (not too wet or not too dry)
I let my dough sit in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before rolling into balls
Topping instructions
Melt chocolate with coconut oil
Dip each bliss ball in chocolate and sprinkle candy canes on top
Store in refrigerator until chocolate hardens up
Store in airtight container in freezer or refrigerator (I prefer freezer)
