No Bake Caramel Delights
Makes 9 large bars
Ingredients
Cookie Layer

cashew butter

cup
coconut shreds
1
tsp
vanilla

Tbsp
maple syrup
Caramel Filling:
1
cup
soaked medjool dates
2
tsp
vanilla extract
Pinch
of salt
1/2
cup
cashew butter
1
cup
coconut shreds
Chocolate Drizzle
1
tsp
coconut oil
1/2
cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
Cookie Layer
Add all to food processor and process until you get a smooth consistency
Add to a lined 8x8 baking dish
Caramel Filling:
Process all ingredients in food processor
Add on top of cookie layer
Top with additional coconut shreds
Freeze for 1-2 hours
Drizzle melted chocolate on top
With a sharp knife cut into bars
Store in freezer or refrigerator
Chocolate drizzle
Add the coconut oil and chocolate chips to a small sauce pan, stir for a few seconds or until melted
Drizzle on top of the bars
