Spaghetti Squash Bolognese

Ingredients
Bolognese

Buy Ranch Direct ground bison
Sub any meat you'd like or use mushrooms for a plant based version

Tbsp
Primal Palate Meat and Potato seasoning
1/3
cup
diced onions

Tbsp
California garlic ghee
Sub avocado oil

Tbsp
chopped cilantro
1/2-1

Primal Kitchen Foods Roasted Garlic Marinara sauce
Sub any pasta sauce you enjoy
Optional: 1/4 cup parmesan cheese
Omit if doing Whole30
Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash

Spaghetti squash
Instructions
Bolognese
Add your ghee to pan and warm
Add in your diced onions and sauté for 5 minutes
Add in your ground bison, seasoning, and cilantro, and cook for 5-7 minutes
While cooking prepare your steamed spaghetti squash
Add cooked spaghetti squash to pan with the meat, add tomato sauce, mix, and cook for a couple minutes
Top with parmesan cheese
Instant Pot Spaghetti Squash
Add your water to instant pot
Add your trivet
Pierce your spaghetti squash all over with a knife
Add spaghetti squash to instant pot
Close, seal valve, set to steam for 10-15 minutes
Release pressure and carefully remove from instant pot
Cut in half, with a fork create “pasta”
If it is still too al dente for your liking add back to instant pot and steam another 5 minutes
