Vegan No bake Cookie dough blissballs
Makes 12 small blissballs
Ingredients
1
cup
raw cashews
1/2
cup
sprouted gf quick oats
sub whatever oats you use
1
tsp
vanilla extract
5
medjool dates
1
tsp
cinnamon
1/4
cup
chocolate chips
Instructions
Add all to food processor and process until dough like consistency is achieved
Add more water if too dry
Fold in chocolate chips
Roll into balls
Store in freezer
Notes
If the batter is to dry add 1 Tbsp at a time of reserved date water.
If the batter is to wet add in about 1-2 Tbsp of more oats or almond flour.
