Buffalo Burgers
Makes 12 medium size patties
Ingredients
1
lb
ground buffalo
2
red bell peppers
1
jalapeno deseeded
1/2
onion
2
handfuls of cilantro
Optional: 1/4 cup feta cheese
OMIT IF DOING WHOLE30
salt and pepper to taste
1/2
Tbsp
California garlic ghee + 1/2 Tbsp for grilling

Tbsp
Primal Palate Super Gyro seasoning
Instructions
Add your veggies to a food processor and pulse a couple times to chop (or hand chop it all)
Add to a pan with some ghee and sauté for a few minutes with salt + pepper
Let veggies cool
In a large bowl mix the buffalo, feta cheese, and super gyro seasoning
Add veggie mixture, mix, and form into patties
Add to a grill pan with additional ghee and cook a few minutes each side
