Banana coffee cake

vanilla extract

almond flour
Crumble topping
1/4
cup
coconut oil
or Fourth and Heart Vanilla Madagascar Ghee

candied pecans

Instructions
Add wet ingredients for cake to bowl and mix
Add in dry ingredients and mix
Add batter to a lined 8x8 baking dish
Add ingredients for crumble to food processor and pulse a couple times until you get sand like consistency
Sprinkle on top of the cake
Bake 350 for 20-25 minutes
