Zuppa Toscana Soup

Ingredients

red potatoes chopped

chopped kale

Italian turkey sausage
Substitute any type of ground meat

13.5 oz. can
Full fat coconut milk
4
garlic cloves
minced

cup
chopped yellow onion

Primal Palate amore seasoning

24 fl oz package
Bonafide Provisions turkey bone broth
Substitute vegetable broth or chicken broth

cup
filtered water
Or use more broth if you have more

chili flakes
Salt and pepper to taste

avocado oil or ghee
Instructions
Add oil to pot and warm
Add diced onions with salt and pepper and saute a few minutes
Add in the sausage, seasoning, minced garlic, and cook through (about 5-7 minutes)
Add Turkey bone broth, water, coconut milk, and diced potatoes to pot and bring to a boil
Once boiling, lower heat to a simmer
Cover pot and simmer for 30 minutes or until the potatoes are fork tender
Add in chopped kale and let cook for 5 minutes
Top with chili flakes and enjoy
