Tahini brownie truffles
Ingredients

cup
gf sprouted oats
1/2
cup
raw cashews
2
Tbsp
tahini
4
dates
3
scoops Vital Proteins unflavored collagen peptides
optional
2-3
Tbsp
cacao powder
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1-2
tsp
maca powder
Instructions
Pulse everything in food processor or a high powered blender
Store in fridge for 30 minutes.
Roll into balls and then roll into more cacao
I like to store mine in freezer and let sit at room temp for a couple minutes before eating.
