Black bean burgers
Ingredients

instant pot cooked black beans
sub 1 15oz can

cup
cooked quinoa

jalapeƱo deseeded

cup
chopped cilantro

Red bell pepper diced

tsp
Chili powder

tsp
cumin
1/2
tsp
Coriander
1/2
cup
almond meal
Instructions
Add everything to food processor and pulse a few seconds
Roll into balls and flatten with hands to form patties (if batter is too sticky wet your hands with a little bit of water)
Bake 350 for 15-20 minutes
