Soft baked Gingersnap cookies
Ingredients

cup
cashew butter
1/4
cup
molasses
1
tsp
gingersnap
sub allspice
1
cup
almond flour
1/2
tsp
baking soda
1/4
cup
maple syrup
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1/4
cup
melted vanilla Madagascar ghee
Pinch
of salt
Instructions
Roll into cinnamon sugar
Chill dough, roll into balls, roll into sugar, add to lined baking dish, flatten with hands.
Bake 350 for 9-11 minutes.
Drizzle with raw coconut butter.
