No Sugar Added Air Fried Lemon + Blueberry Baked Oats
Serves 2:
Ingredients
1largeripe banana
1tspvanilla extract
2TbspMac-coconut buttersub raw coconut butter or any nut/seed butter
2Tbspjuice of lemon
1/3cupalmond mylkSubstitute any dairy free myllk you use
1Tbspzest of lemon
1cupRaw Gluten Free OatsSubstitute any type of oats you use
1tspbaking powder
1/4tspsalt
1/4tspcardamomOptional but HIGHLY suggest
1/2tspcinnamon
1/4cuphemp seeds
1cupfresh blueberriesFrozen should work too
Instructions
Instructions:
Mix wet ingredients until combined
Add in dry ingredients and mix
Fold in blueberries
Add to 2 greased ramekins
Air fry 350 F for 10-13 minutes or bake 350 F for 20-25 minutes
Let cool for 5 minutes
Drizzle with Mac-coconut butter on top

Notes
Please note: if using the raw gluten free oats I used in this recipe. Please be sure if meal prepping in advance, you air fry the oats ahead of time. Since the oats are raw, if you let the batter sit in refrigerator without baking, it will turn the batter into a bitter, strong taste, you will not enjoy.
