Melted mini chocolate chips with ½ tbsp coconut oil
Crushed pistachios
Celtic sea salt
Raw coconut shreds
Instructions
Melt your chocolate with coconut oil over stop top on medium low heat.
Once melted dip you pineapple slices in chocolate, add pistachio, coconut shreds, and sea salt. Place on a lined baking dish with parchment paper and store in fridge.
