Chocolate Dipped Football Strawberries:
Makes 12 Strawberries
Ingredients

Large strawberries

cup
chocolate chips or chocolate of your choice
I used Hu Kitchen Gems
1 1/4

coconut oil
1/2
cup
white chocolate chips of your choice or white melting chocolate
I used Lily’s Sweets
Instructions
Instructions:
Wash, rinse, and air dry your strawberries. And pat off any extra moisture on them
Melt your chocolate with 1 tsp of coconut oil in microwave (intervals of 30 seconds) or over stove top until melted
Grabbing onto the stem, dip your strawberries in melted chocolate, and place on a lined baking dish with parchment paper
Refrigerate for about 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set
Melt your white chocolate with 1/4 tsp of coconut oil in microwave (intervals of 15 seconds) or over stove top until melted
Add to a zip lock bag and snip a tiny bit off the tip
Create a line down the middle of the strawberry
And then 4 small lines across
Refrigerate for 10 minutes to allow the chocolate to set
