1cupmaple sugarsubstitute any type of sugar you use
2cupsall purpose flour or whole wheat flour
1tspbaking soda
1/4tspsalt
Optional add ins:
1/2cupmini chocolate chips + 2 Tbsp for topping
1/2cupchopped nuts of choice

Instructions:
Add eggs and sugar to a bowl and mix with a hand held mixer or spoon
Add in the mashed bananas, melted ghee/butter, vanilla extract, milk, and mix
Add in the flour, baking soda, salt, and mix until incorporated
Fold in the mini chocolate chips or nuts if using
Add batter to an 8x5” x 4x5” lined loaf pan, top with more chocolate chips or nuts if using, and bake 350 F for 45-50 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let rest completely before slicing
I store in an airtight container in the refrigerator
