Vanilla Macadamia Chia + Hemp Seed Pudding
Serves 3
Ingredients
1- 1 1/2
cups
homemade macadamia nut mylk
or any type of mylk you use
1/4
cup
chia seeds
1/4
cup
hemp seeds
1/4
cup
flaxseed meal
1
tsp
vanilla extract
1
tsp
cinnamon
Optional if you want it sweeter: 2-3 Tbsp maple syrup
Instructions:
Add everything to a high powered blender and blend up
Pour into 3 mason jars and store in refrigerator overnight
In
morning top with chopped strawberries
blueberries, unsweetened coconut chips, and nut/seed butter of choice
