Mexican Fruit Salad:
Serves 2
Ingredients
1/3
cup
chopped watermelon
1/3
cup
chopped jicama
1/3
cup
chopped pineapple
2-3
Persian cucumbers
1
Orange
3
lemons juice
or until fruit and vegetables are coated
1/2
Tbsp
Tajin or Tapatio seasoning
add more if you like it spicer
Instructions
Add chopped fruit and vegetables to a bowl
Squeeze the lemon juice all over until fruit and vegetables are coated
Sprinkle in seasoning and adjust spiciness depending on your taste and mix
Chill in refrigerator for at least 30 minutes if the fruit was not pre chopped and chilling in refrigerator already.
