Tahini Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Cookies
Makes 15 small cookies
Ingredients
1/2
cup
maple syrup
1/2
cup
tahini
2
Tbsp
flaxseed meal
6
Tbsp
filtered water
1
tsp
vanilla
1
tsp
cinnamon
Pinch
of salt
1
cup
oats
1/4
cup
almond flour
1
bar of evolved cashew cookie dough chocolate bar + couple square for on top
Instructions
Prepare flax eggs by adding the flaxseed meal and water to a small bowl and let sit for 15 minutes or until it turns into a gel like consistency
Mix wet ingredients
Add dry ingredients and mix
Refrigerate dough for 30 minutes
Use a Tbsp ice cream scoop and add dough to a lined baking sheet
Gently flatten with hands and top with chopped chocolate
Bake 350 F for 9-11 minutes
