Grain-Free Date Bread
Ingredients

soaked dates

pasture raised eggs

coconut oil melted

vanilla extract

almond milk

apple cider vinegar

cinnamon

tsp
nutmeg

tsp
baking soda

cups
almond flour
1/4
cup
coconut flour
1/2
cup
raisins
1/2
cup
crushed pecans
Instructions
Soak dates with warm water for at least 30 minutes
Drain water from dates and process in food processor with 2-3 tbsp filtered water
Mix wet Ingredients
Add in dry ingredients and mix
Fold in raisins and chopped pecans
Add to a lined loaf pan and bake 350 F 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let cool before slicing
Store in refrigerator
