Grain-Free Lemon Blueberry Banana Bread
Ingredients

ripe bananas

cup
blueberries

cups
almond flour

Tbsp
coconut flour

Tbsp
flaxseed meal

Tbsp
poppy seeds
1.5
tsp
baking soda
1/4
cup
coconut oil
3
eggs
1
lemon juiced
1/4
cup
maple syrup
1
tsp
vanilla extract
Instructions
Mix wet ingredients
Add in dry ingredients and mix
Fold in blueberries
Add to a lined loaf pan
Bake 350 for 50-60 minutes (cover half way through if top is getting too brown)
Once toothpick comes out clean it’s done (time may vary)
Let cool completely before slicing
Store in airtight container in refrigerator or freeze once cooled completely
