Massaged kale salad
Ingredients

bags of chopped kale

lemons juiced

cup
Jovial Foods 100% freshly pressed olive oil

tsp
sea salt

tbsp
manuka honey
Toppings:
1/2
cup
candied pecans
1/2
cup
hemp seeds
1/3
cup
Sugar free dried cranberries
Optional: feta cheese
Instructions
Add your kale to a large bowl, add oil, honey, lemon juice, salt, and massage kale for 2-3 minutes with your hands.
Add your toppings and mix
Store in fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days
