organic pasture raised eggs

coconut milk
Sub any milk you prefer

pumpkin purée

vanilla extract

tsp
baking soda
1 1/2
tsp
pumpkin spice
1/2
cup
almond flour
1/4
cup
coconut flour

Tbsp
flaxseed meal

Tbsp
vanilla Madagascar ghee
Sub coconut oil
Vanilla Madagascar cinnamon apples

gala Apple chopped

Tbsp
Fourth and Heart vanilla Madagascar ghee
Sub butter or coconut oil

cinnamon

cardamom
Instructions
Pumpkin Pie Pancakes
Mix everything in a bowl
Heat a pan with ghee and add about 1/4 cup of batter
Cook a couple minutes each side
Vanilla Madagascar cinnamon apples
Add diced apples with cinnamon and sauté for 5 minutes
