Heat 1 tbsp of ghee in a pan and add ground turkey sausage and cook for 5-7 minuets or until no longer pink
Once turkey sausage is done cooking transfer to a plate
Add 1 tbsp of ghee to pan and add frozen cauliflower gnocchi to pan, salt and pepper, cover pan, and let cook for a few minutes
Remove lid and let the gnocchi cook a few more minutes with minimal stirring to let it get crispy (if sticking to pan add more ghee or add 1 tbsp at a time of water to prevent sticking)
Add back in the cooked turkey sausage, sauce, and cilantro
