One pan pesto shrimp zoodle pasta

fourth and heart cauliflower garlic ghee
Optional: 1/2 tsp red chili flakes
Dairy free hemp seed spinach cilantro pesto

basil
Handful of cilantro
Handful of spinach

garlic cloves

hemp seeds

olive oil

pine nuts

of Celtic sea salt
Instructions
Prepare your pesto by adding all ingredients to your food processor and processing for 15-30 seconds
Heat your ghee in a large pan
Add your shrimp with salt and pepper and cook a couple minutes
Add In zoodles, 1/2 cup of pesto, mix, and cook for a few minutes
Add chili flakes and fresh cilantro
