Lemon Blueberry Cardamom Muffin Tops

Ingredients

cups
almond flour

tsp
baking soda
2
pasture raised eggs
1/4
cup
maple syrup
1
cup
blueberries
Zest of a lemon
Juice of a lemon
Pinch
of sea salt
1
tsp
cardamom
1
tsp
cinnamon
1/2
tsp
cinnamon sugar cookie seasoning
optional for on top
Instructions
Mix dry ingredients
Mix wet ingredients
Combine and mix
With an ice cream scooper scoop about 1/4 cup of batter, add to a lined baking dish, and gently press down with the palm of your hand to flatten.
Optional: Sprinkle some cinnamon sugar cookie seasoning on top
Bake 350 F for 18-20 minutes
Optional: drizzle some manuka honey on top
