Bacon mushroom frittata
Ingredients

@pedersonsfarms sugar free bacon

diced mushrooms

diced zucchini

diced onions

@fourthandheart California garlic ghee
Salt + pepper to taste

handfuls @organicgirl greens
Instructions
Sauté your onions with ghee for a few minutes. Add in mushrooms, zucchini, salt + pepper, and cook for 5-7 minutes. Add greens and cook until wilted. Let cool and add to whisked eggs. Add to a 8x8 baking dish and cook 350 for 30 minutes.
