Rosemary Garlic Smashed Potatoes
You can use any potatoes you like for this recipe
Ingredients
4-6
red potatoes
Fresh rosemary
2
Tbsp
california garlic ghee
Salt + pepper to taste
Instructions
Instructions:
Steam potatoes for 10-15 minutes until fork tender.
Drain and transfer to a baking dish lined with parchment paper.
With a potato masher, smash potatoes.
Add melted ghee, salt + pepper and roast 425 for 25-30 minutes.
Top with fresh rosemary.
