Instant pot Mongolian beef and broccoli

tapioca flour

coconut aminos

sesame oil

minced garlic
Salt + pepper to taste

red chili flakes

avocado oil

Instructions
Instructions:
Set instant pot to sauté function and add avocado oil to instant pot
Cut flank steak Into slices and coat With tapioca flour, salt + pepper
Add flank steak to instant pot and brown for a couple minutes
Add garlic, coconut aminos, sesame oil and cook for another couple minutes
Add 3/4 cup beef bone broth
Cover instant pot and set to meat for 10 minutes
Let pressure release on its own by letting it sit for 15 minutes, then turn valve to release any pressure left
Add in broccolini and let it sit for 5 minutes in juices
