Massaged kale salad
Ingredients

bag of kale
about 3-4 cups chopped kale

lemons juiced

avocado oil or olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste

Manuka honey
Toppings:

cup
candied pecans
1/2
cup
hemp seeds
1/3
cup
Sugar free dried cranberries

cup
Feta cheese

Instructions
Add your kale to a large bowl, add oil, honey, lemon juice, salt + pepper, and massage kale for 2-3 minutes with your hands.
Add your toppings and mix
Store in fridge in an airtight container for 3-4 days
