Grilled Halibut with Warm Zoodle Salad

wild caught halibut filets

Primal Palate new bae seasoning

lime juiced

Zoodle warm salad

Zucchini’s spiralized

red cabbage

cup
shredded carrots

Salt + pepper
Pan fried plantains
Plantains pealed and cut into coins

Avocado oil
substitute ghee
Salt and pepper
Instructions
Halibut filets
Add the lime juice and seasoning to halibut. Heat grill pan with ghee until hot, add halibut and cook 2-3 minutes each side (will depend on thickness of fish)
Zoodle warm salad
Heat oil in pan add veggies and cook for a few minutes.
Pan fried plantains
Cook a few minutes each side
