1small head of cauliflower pulsed a couple times in food processor to make “rice”
1carrot chopped
1/4cupchopped Scallions
1/3cupchopped yellow onion
1tbspFourth and Heart California garlic ghee
1cupfrozen peasOMIT IF DOING WHOLE30
2eggs
Salt + pepper to taste
1tspchili flakes
1/4cupcoconut aminos
1tspsesame oil
Instructions
Add ghee to pan and heat. Add onions, carrots, scallions, salt + pepper, and sauté for 5-7 minutes.
Add cauliflower rice, peas (omit if doing whole30), coconut aminos, sesame oil, chili flakes, and cook a couple minutes.
Add in whisked eggs and cook a couple minutes.
Notes
This cauliflower rice is a perfect way to enjoy the classics while doing the whole30. For this recipe I added peas to mine, but if you are doing a Whole30 please omit the peas to make it whole30 compliant.
